Inner Vault Mentorship – 90-Day Monetisation Guarantee (Refund Policy)

At Inner Vault, we stand behind our system. Because of the structure of our program and the level of support provided, we offer a conditional results-based guarantee instead of a traditional refund policy.

90-Day Monetization Guarantee

If your channel is not monetized within 90 days, you may qualify for a refund only if all conditions below are met in full.

This guarantee applies only to the Inner Vault Mentorship Program.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this guarantee, you must meet every requirement below:

1. Consistent Mentor Engagement

You must have:

  • Requested help from your assigned mentor 4–5 times per week,

  • For the entire duration of the 90-day program (approx. 52–65 mentor check-ins total),

  • Using the official communication channels inside the Mentorship Portal.

All communication must be timestamped, logged, and visible in your account.
Missing any week disqualifies eligibility.

2. Proof of Implementation

You must show documented proof that every step of the program was implemented exactly as instructed, including:

  • Following content frameworks

  • Applying optimization templates

  • Using approved editing formats

  • Uploading the required number of videos

  • Following niche, title, and thumbnail guidance

  • Attending (or watching replays of) all mandatory trainings

If any step was skipped, altered, or partially completed, the guarantee does not apply.

3. Course Participation Requirements

You must not have completed the course in its entirety.

This guarantee only applies if a lack of monetization is due to the system failing you — not if you have completed the entire curriculum.

4. Program Activity & Upload Requirements

You must have:

  • Uploaded a minimum of 3 videos per week

  • For all 12 weeks

  • Using the templates and instructions provided

  • And allow our team to check that your uploads match the mentorship standards

If upload frequency or quality standards are not met, eligibility ends.

5. No Account Violations

You must not have:

  • Deleted videos

  • Broken community guidelines

  • Violated monetization rules

  • Used external growth services

  • Engaged in behavior that artificially affects channel data

Any violation voids the guarantee.

6. Final Channel Audit

Before a refund can be considered, our team will conduct a full audit of:

  • Content

  • Upload frequency

  • Optimization

  • Mentorship engagement

  • Analytics

  • Compliance

  • Implementation record

Refund approval is based solely on whether our team determines that all steps were completed properly.
