At Inner Vault, we stand behind our system. Because of the structure of our program and the level of support provided, we offer a conditional results-based guarantee instead of a traditional refund policy.

Expected Behavior

In Course Discussions
  • Stay on topic and contribute meaningfully

  • Ask questions respectfully and clearly

  • Search existing discussions before posting duplicates

  • Use appropriate language and tone

When Sharing Work
  • Share your own original work only

  • Provide constructive feedback on others' work

  • Respect confidentiality of other students' projects

  • Credit sources and inspirations appropriately

In Community Spaces
  • Welcome new members and help them get oriented

  • Share resources that benefit the community

  • Participate actively and positively

  • Follow forum and chat room guidelines

Prohibited Behavior

Harassment and Discrimination
  • No harassment, bullying, or intimidation

  • No discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic

  • No personal attacks or offensive language

  • No threats or violent language

Academic Misconduct
  • No plagiarism or copying others' work

  • No sharing of course materials outside the platform

  • No unauthorized collaboration on individual assignments

  • No impersonation of other users

Disruptive Behavior
  • No spam, excessive self-promotion, or off-topic posts

  • No sharing of inappropriate or offensive content

  • No attempts to hack, exploit, or compromise the platform

  • No solicitation or unauthorized commercial activities

Content Violations
  • No sharing of copyrighted material without permission

  • No posting of malicious links or downloads

  • No sharing of personal information of other users

  • No content that violates laws or regulations

If you encounter behavior that violates this Code of Conduct:

Consequences

Violations may result in:

Warning
  • First-time minor violations typically receive a warning

  • Opportunity to correct behavior and continue participation

Temporary Suspension
  • Repeated violations or more serious misconduct

  • Temporary loss of community privileges

  • Review required before reinstatement

Permanent Removal
  • Severe violations or repeated offenses after warnings

  • Permanent ban from community spaces

  • Possible course access revocation without refund

Appeals Process

If you believe you've been unfairly sanctioned:

  1. Submit Appeal: Email conduct@courseline.com within 30 days

  2. Provide Evidence: Include relevant information supporting your case

  3. Review Process: We'll review within 10 business days

  4. Final Decision: Our decision on appeals is final
